1 1/2 lbs ground beefground-beef
2 (15 ounce) cans tomato saucetomato-sauce
1/4 cup chopped oniononion
2 teaspoons sugarsugar
2 teaspoons saltsalt
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauceworcestershire
1/2 teaspoon garlic saltsalt
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softenedcream-cheese
1 cup sour creamsour-cream
1/4 cup milkmilk
18 lasagna noodles, cooked and drainednoodle
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz.)cheddar
minced fresh parsley (optional)parsley

Instructions (11 steps)

01In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
02Stir in tomato sauce, onion, sugar, salt, Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt.
03In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream and milk until smooth.

04In a greased 13x9 baking dish, layer a fourth of the meat sauce, six noodles and a third of the cream cheese mixture.

05Repeat layers twice.

06Top with the remaining meat sauce.

07Cover and bake at 350ºF for 40 minutes.

08Uncover; sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

09Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

10Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.

11Sprinkle with parsley if desired.
