01Drain tuna of as much excess liquid as you can.
02You may use the new tuna in a pouch if you desire.
03Once tuna is drained, place in bowl, add liquid smoke and mix well.
04Cover container and let set 30 minutes to overnight.
05The longer it sets the better it will absorb the smoke flavor.
06Remove tuna from fridge and add Mrs.Dash, mix well.
07Next add mayo 1 tablespoon at a time until you achieve the desired consistency.
