3 cups spinachspinach
1 garlic clove (a big one)garlic
1/2 cup olive oilolive-oil
2 tablespoons dried basilbasil
1 tablespoon dried oreganooregano
1/4 cup parmesan cheeseparmesan
1/4 cup walnutswalnut
3 tablespoons sunflower seedssunflower-seeds

Instructions (3 steps)

01.Mix all ingredients in a food processer except the spinach.
02Add spinach last, and process until smooth.
03Serve with crackers or in tomato soup.
