This takes a little time to prepare but is well worth the effort. This is the one recipe requested by my son when he comes home. I think you will find this extremely delicious. The prep and cook time is just guess work.

4 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced to preferencechicken-breast
flour, mixed withflour
salt and peppersalt-and-pepper
2 eggs, beatenegg
2 tablespoons milkmilk
1 cup flour, mixed withflour
1/2 cup sesame seedssesame-seed
1/2 teaspoon saltsalt
1/4 teaspoon pepperpepper
oil (for frying)oil
1/4 cup melted butterbutter
1/4 cup flourflour
1/2 cup half-and-half creamcream
1/2 cup whipping creamcream

1 cup chicken stock (bouillon cube with boiling water)chicken

Instructions (10 steps)

01Dust chicken with seasoned flour.
02Mix beaten eggs with milk.

Dip chicken into this mixture.

04Roll chicken in the flour sesame seed mixture.

05Fry in oil until light brown and cooked.

06Cream Sauce: Blend flour into the melted butter over low heat, stirring constantly.

07Mix together cream, chicken stock and whipping cream.

08Gradually add to butter and flour stirring constantly.

09When smooth stir in salt.

10Serve sauce with chicken.
