From the old Brookville Hotel restaurant in Kansas, famous for their fried chicken, slaw, and creamed corn, all served family style. (The creamed corn is recipe #44906) This was the recipe that finally got me to eat cole slaw; everything else on their table was so good I decided to take a chance and was hooked forever!
