Instructions (5 steps)

01Adjust the racks to the center of the oven and preheat to 350 degrees F. Butter and flour a madeleine pan.
02Add the flour, baking powder, salt and 1/2 teaspoon of the cinnamon to a medium bowl, and whisk to combine.
03Add the granulated sugar, vanilla and eggs to the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Beat until the eggs are pale, thick and light yellow, about 5 minutes. Pour in the 4 tablespoons melted butter and mix until just combined. Turn off the mixer and stir in the dry ingredients.
