2 cups flourflour
1 cup quick-cooking oatsquick-cooking-oats
1 teaspoon baking sodabaking-soda
1 teaspoon cinnamoncinnamon
1/2 teaspoon saltsalt
1 cup butter, softenedbutter
1 cup brown sugarbrown-sugar
1 cup sugarsugar
1 eggegg
1 teaspoon vanillavanilla
1 cup pumpkinpumpkin
1 cup chocolate chips, i use milk chocolatechocolate-chips
1 cup cinnamon baking chips (optional)cinnamon

Instructions (7 steps)

01Cream butter with both sugars until light and fluffy.
02Add in egg, pumpkin, and vanilla and mix.
03Then add flour oats, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt and mix well.
04Then stir in CHocolate chips and cinnamon chips.

05Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes or until firm and lightly brown.

06(OPT) You can shape these into pumpkins before baking and when done and cooled decorate with frosting or peanut butter (I love them just plain).

07I usually eat mine when they are totally cooled.
