01Beat shortening, peanut butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
02Add egg and beat until incorporated.
03Sift together in separate bowl the flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Stir with whip until well blended.
04Add flour mixture to mixing bowl and mix on low speed until just incorporated. Do not overmix.
05Chill for 1 hour.
