1/2 lb ground beefground-beef
1/3 cup chopped bell pepperbell-pepper
1/3 cup oniononion
1/3 cup mayonnaisemayonnaise
2 eggsegg
1 1/2 cups cubed cheddar cheese or 1 1/2 cups swiss cheesecheddar
salt and peppersalt-and-pepper
1/2 cup milkmilk
1 tablespoon cornstarchcornstarch
1 unbaked pie shell

Instructions (5 steps)

01Brown meat in skillet with onions and bell pepper then drain.
02In separate bowl, blend all remaining ingredients and stir until smooth.
03Add to ground beef mixture.
04Spoon into pie shell.
05Bake @ 350° for 35 minutes.
