4 lbs pork back ribspork-back-ribs
1/2 cup honeyhoney
1/2 cup packed brown sugarbrown-sugar
3 tablespoons soy saucesoy-sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powdergarlic-powder
1/2 teaspoon ground gingerginger
1/2 teaspoon ground mustardmustard
1/2 teaspoon saltsalt

Instructions (11 steps)

01Cut ribs into serving size pieces; place in a large resealable plastic bag.
02Combine remaining ingredients; pour over ribs.
03Seal bag; turn serveral times.
04Refrigerate for several hours or overnight, turning bag occasionally.
05Drain ribs, reserving marinade.
06Return marinade to the refrigerator.

07Place ribs on a rack in a greased shallow baking pan.

08Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

09Drain.

10Pour the marinade over the ribs.

11Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes longer or until meat is tender, brushing occasionally with pan juices.
