8 ounces spaghetti, broken in thirdsspaghetti
1 eggegg
1/2 cup milkmilk
1/2 teaspoon saltsalt
1/2 lb ground beefground-beef
1 cup chopped oniononion
1/2 cup chopped green pepperbell-pepper
1 (26 ounce) jar spaghetti saucespaghetti
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheesemozzarella

Instructions (10 steps)

01Cook spaghetti according to pkg directions; drain.
02In lg bowl, beat egg, milk and salt.
03Add drained spaghetti; toss to coat.
04Place into greased 13x9 baking pan.
05In lg skillet, cook beef, onion and green pepper until meat is done; drain.

Add spaghetti sauce; mix well.

07Spoon over the spaghetti.

08Bake, uncovered, at 350* for 20 minutes.

09Top with the cheese; bake another 13 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

10Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
