2 cups half-and-half
4 tablespoons butterbutter
1 head garlic, choppedgarlic
1 small onion, choppedonion
1/3-1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/3-1/2 cup parmesan cheese
salt and peppersalt-and-pepper
1 lb pasta (I use penne)

Instructions (7 steps)

01While the pasta is boiling: Melt butter in sauce pan over med-low.
02Add onion and garlic saute about 5 minutes.
03Pour in half& half, let heat through.
04Wisk in blue and parmesan cheeses.
05Salt and pepper to taste.
06Sauce will thicken a bit upon standing.
