3 cups sugar snap peassugar
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil (or vegetable oil)
1 garlic clove, mincedgarlic
1/2 teaspoon ginger, finely mincedginger
1/2 teaspoon sesame oilsesame-oil
1/4 teaspoon saltsalt
1/4 teaspoon pepperpepper

Instructions (5 steps)

01Remove tip of each sugar snap pea; pull string from side and set aside until needed.
02In large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat; fry garlic and ginger until fragrant, for 1 minute.
03Add peas and 2 tbsp water; cover and steam until tender-crisp, for 4 minutes.
04Sprinkle with sesame oil, salt and pepper.
05Enjoy!
