Chipotle remoulade

• 1 (7 ounce) can chipotle chiles in adobochipotle
• 2 teaspoons lime juicelime-juice
• 3/4 cup mayonnaisemayonnaise
• 1/4 cup cilantro, finely choppedcilantro
• salt and peppersalt-and-pepper

1. 01In a blender, puree chipotle and lime juice until smooth.
2. 02Whisk chipotle mixture into mayonnaise 1/3 at a time.
3. 03You may not use all of the chipotle depending on spiciness.
4. 04Stir in cilantro, salt and pepper.
