Kickin’ Chicken

• 8 whole Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breasts
• 1 cup Crushed Pineapple, Not Drainedpineapple
• ½ cups KC Masterpiece Original Barbeque Sauce
• ½ cups Firmly Packed Light Brown Sugarsugar
• 1 teaspoon McCormick Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
• ½ teaspoons Red Pepper Flakesred-pepper-flakes

1. 01Preheat oven to 375F. Place all chicken breasts in a 9×13 baking pan. In a medium bowl, mix all other ingredients well with a large spoon. Then pour it over the top of your chicken breasts. Take two forks, and start poking holes in each chicken breast, picking the breasts up to let the sauce ooze underneath it. Something happens to the chicken when the pineapple mixture seeps inside the holes—something really yummy. Then place the pan in the oven and bake approximately 35 minutes. That’s it! This chicken is kickin’! Important: Please do NOT marinate the chicken in the pineapple/barbecue sauce. You should bake it right away – otherwise, it does not have good results.
