4 rib eye steaks (1/2 in)
1/4 teaspoon pepperpepper
1/4 teaspoon saltsalt
4 tablespoons butter (divided)butter
3 teaspoons green onions, choppedscallion
1 teaspoon prepared mustardmustard
1 teaspoon lemon juicelemon-juice
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauceworcestershire
1 teaspoon parsleyparsley
1 teaspoon fresh chives, mincedchive

Instructions (9 steps)

01Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper.
02Heat 2 T butter in skillet,stir in onions and mustard.
03Add steaks.
04Cook for 3 minutes on each side.
05Remove to serving platter and keep warm.

To skillet, add lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, and remaining 2 T butter.

07Cook for 2 minutes.

08Add parsley and chives.

09Pour over steaks.
