Puffy Oven Pancakes

• 4 Tablespoons Butterbutter
• 1 cup Milkmilk
• 6 whole Eggsegg
• ½ teaspoons Saltsalt
• 1 cup Flourflour

1. 01Move your oven rack to the second to lowest level. The pancake will grow very high and need the room! (In the picture above, it had settled while I took pictures!)
2. 02Melt butter in a 9×13 inch pan by putting it into a 450ºF oven for 3 minutes or until melted. Watch it carefully so it doesn’t burn!
3. 03In a bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Batter will be lumpy. Pour into your buttered 9×13 pan. Bake at 450ºF for 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
4. 04Great topped with syrup, powdered sugar, fruit, or applesauce.
