Southwestern Spinach Dip

• 1 box (10 Oz. Box) Frozen Chopped Spinachspinach
• 2 packages (8 Oz. Package) Cream Cheesecream-cheese
• 1 Tablespoon Cilantro, Choppedcilantro
• 1 whole Onion, Medium, Choppedonion
• 1 can (10 Oz. Can) Rotel (Chopped Tomatoes And Green Chiles)
• 2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese, Grated, Divided
• 1 Tablespoon Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

1. 01Thaw chopped spinach and discard excess water. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cilantro, chopped onion, Rotel, spinach and half of the Monterey Jack cheese. Mix until creamy.
2. 02Place in a 9-inch greased deep dish pie plate. Top with remaining cheese on top and sprinkle with red pepper flakes, if using. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
3. 03Serve with tortilla chips, bread slices or crackers.
