Mountain Dew Apple Dumplings

• 2 whole Granny Smith Applesapple
• 1 package Crescent Rolls (8 Count)
• 1 stick Butterbutter
• 1 cup Sugarsugar
• 1 teaspoon Cinnamoncinnamon
• 1 can Mountain Dew, 12 Ounce Canmountain-dew

1. 01Peel, core and cut each apple into 4 pieces. Wrap 1 crescent roll triangle around each apple piece. Place in a greased 8×11 baking dish. Melt butter, then add sugar and cinnamon. Dollop a spoonful of the butter mixture over each dumpling. Pour can of Mountain Dew in bottom of dish. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes until mixture becomes thickened.
