01Preheat the oven to 400F and grease 12 muffin cups with 2 tablespoons butter. Warm the muffin pan in the oven for 5 minutes.
02Meanwhile, add the eggs to a blender and blend at medium-high speed. Add the milk and blend until combined.
03Add the flour, salt, and remaining melted butter, and blend until smooth.
04Carefully remove the warmed muffin pan and pour the batter into the cups, filling 3/4th of the way.
05Bake for 35 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven and serve hot.
