1 cup flourflour
3/4 cup sugarsugar
1 tablespoon baking powderbaking-powder
2/3 cup milkmilk
1/4 cup vegetable oilvegetable-oil
1 eggegg

Instructions (7 steps)

01Preheat oven to 375.
02Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
03You can use a full cup of sugar if you like sweeter cornbread.
04Pour batter into a greased pan (9in. round).
05Let for approximately 35-40 min or until golden.
06Insert toothpick in the center to check (toothpick will be clean).
07Let stand for 5 minute.
