Grilled Potato Packs

• 4 whole Medium Sized Potatoes, Cut Into 1-inch Chunkspotato
• 1 Tablespoon Olive Oilolive-oil
• ½ teaspoons Saltsalt
• 4 strips Bacon, Cooked And Crumbledbacon
• 1 Tablespoon Butterbutter
• 1 cup Cheddar Cheesecheddar
• ¼ cups Sliced Green Onionsscallion

1. 01In a large microwave safe dish heat the diced potatoes for 10 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes. Place the potatoes a large sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil. Toss them with the olive oil. Sprinkle the salt and bacon crumbles over the top. Dot with butter.
2. 02Wrap the foil securely around potatoes. Place over a hot grill for about 20 minutes, flipping half way. Open up the foil, and top with cheese and onions. Then stir around to melt the cheese. Serve straight from the foil pack. Enjoy!
