The Coffee Fluff Shake turned out to be such a popular idea that I decided to enter more coffee treats. While I am sorely tempted, DH & I are NY resolved to only indulge for VERY SPECIAL occasions, so I hope some of you will be sorely tempted enough to try this & the 3 that accompany it. 1 cup coffee (cold)coffee
1 pint chocolate ice creamcream
1/4 cup creme de menthecreme-de-menthe
chocolate mint wafers (optional) or chocolate shavings, as garnish (optional)

Instructions (2 steps)

01Combine coffee, ice cream & creme de menthe in blender container & blend on low speed.
02Spoon into sherbet or wine glasses & garnish ea serving w/a chocolate mint wafer or shaved chocolate.
