1 cup mayonnaisemayonnaise
1/2 cup sour creamsour-cream
1 lemon, juice oflemon
1 tablespoon horseradish (or to taste)horseradish
1 tablespoon sugar (or to taste)sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustardmustard
salt and peppersalt-and-pepper

Instructions (3 steps)

01Shred cabbage, and soak in cold salted water for one hour.
02To prepare dressing, combine all remaining ingredients together.
03When ready to prepare salad, drain cabbage well and toss with dressing.
