1/3 cup onion, choppedonion
1 teaspoon saltsalt
3/4 cup cottage cheesecottage-cheese
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccolibroccoli
4 eggs, slightly beatenegg
1 (8 1/2 ounce) package Jiffy corn muffin mix

Instructions (6 steps)

01Thaw and drain broccoli.
02Combine first six ingredients.
03Stir (don't beat) muffin mix Into first mixture.
04Pour into a greased 13" x 9" x 2" baking pan.
05Bake at 400 deg F for 20-25 minutes , or until done.
06Cut Into serving size squares.
