01This is a recipe from Miss Sophie, used with her permission.
02Preheat oven to 350 F.
03Combine 2 cups flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Add butter; stir until all ingredients are moistened. Reserve 1 cup of the crumb mixture and set it aside. Press remaining mixture into the bottom of an ungreased 13X9 baking pan.
04Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
