03Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.04Grease and flour a 9" x 13" cake pan.05Sift flour, soda, cinnamon and salt together.06Beat eggs, butter, milk, sugar and vanilla together.07Drain water from raisins with a sieve.08Add egg mixture to dry ingredients and mix well.09Stir in pineapple, carrots, walnuts, coconuts and raisins and mix.10Pour into pan and bake for about one hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.11Allow to cool for 20 minutes before removing from pan.12Cool completely before Icing.13For frosting----------------.14Beat butter and cream cheese.15Add vanilla and sugar and blend well.
